I am a graduate from the 900-hour Massage Therapy & Allied Modalities program at Florida Academy.​ My goal is to empower clients to better understand their bodies and discover the positive effect massage therapy can have on their overall wellness, including pain management, stress reduction and improved physical function. I have over 10 years experience as a massage therapist and am skilled in several different massage techniques including: Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, Reflexology, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Sports massage, and Swedish/deep tissue massages. Whether you have chronic pain, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or just want to relax by adding in massage to your self care regimen, I will utilize my professional skill set to offer solutions and strategies to exceed your personal goals.
